• 24 Broken Bay Oysters, shucked
• Lime
• Sweet Chilli Sauce

Method

1. Combine lime zest, freshly squeezed lime juice and sweet chilli sauce
2. Use about 1/3 lime juice and 2/3 sweet chilli sauce
